一、给盐水机组做无负荷试运转的目的

盐水机组的紧缩机无负荷试运转是不带阀的试运转，其目的是使互相运动的零件跑合，检验油泵能否上油正常，卸载安装动作能否灵敏精确，输油管路能否通畅，肯定有无不正常的部分发热和不正常声响。

二、给盐水机组做无负荷试运转的要求及步骤

1、启动盐水机组的紧缩机并运转10min后停机检查各摩擦部位的光滑油和温升状况，确认一切正常后在连续运转1H；

2、各摩擦部位的温升不应超越30℃，轴承最高温度不应超越70℃；

3、光滑油压力及温度应负荷设备技术文件的规则；

4、轴承处不应有油的滴漏；

5、运转中各运动部件应无异常声响，紧固件应无松动现象。
